I love this place I ride all the way from Orlando to get food from here

I ordered using the drive thru. Received my order fairly quickly. I ordered two gyro combos with sweet tea drinks. My food was delicious. My co-worker enjoyed her food too. The staff was very friendly. I enjoy this place.

Food is good and the prices are right. They could wipe down the tables a little more but I enjoy my visits here every time.

This place has great food but my last experience was not right in my eyes. Me and my wife ordered the fish platter. Someone had already ordered before we did but left it. They asked everyone what's there name and etc. This order sat up there UNTIL we ordered. They tried to give me the old order fish combo, that someone left. Just didn't like it how they tried us

I couldn't believe what I just experienced here at Salem's I ordered boneless wings and the lady at the register I handed her a $10 bill and she walks to the back immediately and comes back 5 minutes later to tell me she couldn't accept my money for whatever the reason I explained to the lady that I got this money from the bank and she still refused to accept my money and I asked is it because I'm black and she just laughed at me. I then explained that I'm a licensed professional contractor who owns a business and she said it doesn't matter we cannot accept my money. I don't recommend this place to anyone due to my experience here. I also plan to research the owner's and reach out to them in regards to this disturbing incident to how I was treated as a customer if I could give this establishment a 0 I definitely would I also plan to reach out to several other contractors in Tampa to inform them about the situation and to avoid this location by all means.

Had a great experience. Friendly customer service and the food was GREAT. It was all fresh and came pretty quick. Definitely better than the Salem's in Ybor City.

There shrimp are good, bit the fries are always cold and soft

It’s gotten too expensive for what it is. Food has become soulless and generic, fries are just fragment pieces (cheaper product), deliveries usually arrive cold now, and there generally seems to be a lot less pride put into the food now. Of the burger/seafood/gyro places in Tampa, it’s slipped into last place in my book and sort of has for my friends and coworkers as well. Reminds me of the path Taco Bus took.I, like many others, are moving on to other options when in mood for this kind of food. Zekos (so friendly) and Nicks Gyros are tastier, cheaper options. They definitely try a lot harder, that’s for sure.

I ask for a chicken burger and got 2 pices of chicken in the bread how is that a burger ? 🤷 and my mom salad tasted like dirt.

Finally brought my husband there for the first time. Just can't go wrong there....

Really good Gyros and clean place the food and service were great overall. First time tonight and I will be a returning customer kudos to tonights team you guys killed it.

Those traditional wings are the bomb! With sauce or without sauce, the flavor is amazing. They fry them crispy to perfection, just like I like them. Day or night, I have yet to be disappointed by the wings. The shrimp gyro is good and filling. It eats like a meal, not just a sandwich. The fries and tilapia also taste great. I get extra seasoning on the fish and hits all the taste buds just right.

I absolutely love this place! I usually have the boneless lemon pepper wings. The steak and cheese is good. And also I recently tried the shrimp rice bowl and I added grilled chicken. Omg so good!

The worst! Avoid if you can. Better & more efficient locations around Tampa!

I had a really bad experience today, I suffer high blood pressure, I placed my order and I forgot to asked for no salt on my fries. I asked the cashier not to, she told another cashier about the situation, the was laughing like was a joke. The manager showed no concern about the embarrassment, she rushed me out the car lane, and she was being smart about the situation. My family and I have been ordering food for 10 yrs and the owner is a great guy, so I need someone to retrain the manager because she doesn't know how to approach a situation.

Fast service. clean food a lil pricey and small quantities but overall for a quick bite worth it.

FRESH fish and Seafood Craving? GO HERE ONLY. It's always 4 cars deep at the drive through until 5am in the morning. The good is Fantastic! Fresh! And they are speedy. Friendly staff, nice place.

Decided to try something other than their salads and appetizers....Ended up with the boneless wings with the mild and lemon pepper combination which was very tasty!!

I ordered a sandwich,for 6.99. comfermed the price. She said it comes with 🍟 & a soda. Thought what a deal. Gave her my card. Got home looked a bill. Was charged almost 11.00$. I am a disabled Vet. On. A limited income. In hospice care. I felt I was used. Not right. Never again

These people were rude to my door dash driver and my son did not receive his food. This is bad business 😡

A nice change from other drive thru places but is on the more expensive side

The food is usually pretty good. There are quite a few times they messed up my order and got home without my food I ordered. Or cooed it completely different than I asked for. Also if you pay with your debit card in the drive thru, be careful. They will charge you twice and then you have to go through a bunch of junk to get your money back. The one on Fletcher is much better.

Love the food! My complaints are when you order 15 shrimp, a bucket of scallops, 2 fish and a fish meal, they only want to give you 4 tartar sauce if you lucky then if you buy extra you won't get what comes with the meal, really after what I have just paid for the entire meal. Its a ripoff. I walk with 4 anyway and all the complaining does nothing they don't care.

The food here is sooooo good!!!! The only thing is the drive thru lines are so long!!!! I have to say it’s definitely worth the wait!!!!!!!! 2 thumbs up!

We eat here at least 3x's a week. The quality of the food & how it is delivered to you, has gotten terrible & every single time they make a mistake with our order.. ☹️ Last night was the last time. I can not take them anymore. 😭

Love the food here I recommend it to anyone especially the seafood I'm a shrimp person.

1st time tasting their cuisine and I enjoyed it .... the grilled shrimp big bowl was definitely satisfying... a bit spicy but not overwhelming... just that extra kick to savor my palate... I will come back again for sure

The food was really bad on my first visit here. The chicken wings tasted old and the fries were dark and limp and tasted like old grease. This is an indication that they're waiting too long before changing the frying oil.

They gave me a half of my order an cold food gave me half fish and I've been trying to call there store an still no answer as we speak I'm call u guys still haven't answerd tryna get my refund

A great restaurant with GREAT fast food. The seafood and burgers definitely is premium. Get the baked tilapia. 😋 Also this restaurant has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine so there's plenty of soft drink options, especially for people like me who don't like soda. overall I think you will be very satisfied with this restaurant and its food. Definitely one of the best fast food restaurants that ever been to.

The food was okay, the wait time wasn't long. The customer service was average due to it being busy. However, I would recommend the fried shrimps.

When you order fast food I don't expect the best but I do expect decent customer service and I hate when an establishment has service workers nasty attitudes for no reason. The salad I had was unedible. A salad should not have sliced tomatoes on it.

Outstanding and personalized service and the food made to order little wait but absolutely worth it

The food is always good. The issue I have with a lot of these types of restaurants is the wait time whether I go through the drive-thru or inside appears to be short-staffed and very busy even and non-peak hours between 2:00 and 4:00. I do enjoy the food it is good quality and a lot of it however when I'm in a rush or need to get in and out as quick as possible it seems like there's always a long delay or take long time to get my order efficiently

Sent a friend to go get us two orders of ten wings and fries. He ordered blue cheese.. I ordered ranch. The order came to over $30.00!!! When he came to my house, my wings were hot like his when I ordered mild, and NO RANCH!! Way too expensive for the workers to not pay attention to detail. I did not eat my food and I live too far to go back. Not only that, they will probably make me pay 1.00 for the ranch that they made a mistake on. Smh... Never eat at this location.

I wanted to update this because my mom and I have been going here at least twice a week the two months. They have been great and particularly Ashley. She is wonderful and remembers us when we come. I wont be coming as frequently now that my car is fixed so I wont be with my mom (who comes all the time) but I wanted to take the time to praise this location.

Found this little jewel as we were feignin for lunch on a Saturday. The drive through was PACKED! Went inside and ordered the wings and a side salad.Oh my, my, my, those wings were delish! The fried chicken sandwhich was very good. I saw the shrimp bowl after I had ordered and now I know I must return from Clearwater.Your staff was kind and interactive. They were also attentive to our needs. The drink dispenser went goofy and the cashier immediately took care of it so our food didn't get cold.I would make the drive just to eat here and I never say that about fast food. This is good food...and made my stomach smile!Thanks Salem's!!
